Perfect service, great value for money! The location is really central so it's perfect if you are taking the train (like we were) later in the day but don't want the hassle of having your suitcase whilst visiting the town. The shop is run by a really nice and trustworthy man. Really worth it!

Very friendly and relaxed experience; we felt our things were super safe and well-cared for. The owner takes any bags for a fixed rate and the shop has a very convenient location and opening hours. He also helped me out big time with looking at my broken phone - strongly recommended!

Convenient location super close to the train station and then luggage free to enjoy the Center of the city. Reliable, secure, and friendly advice offered to help with my transportation issues due to cancelled train. I used this location twice during my stay in York. Highly recommend and I will use again!
