My friend & myself stayed here on the 21/11 for 1 night. Lovely experience. We had the family room, very spacious and clean. Breakfast very good value for money and staff very accommodating. Overall 10/10 for service. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in York and will be back. Thank you. Janet & kath

The staff could not have been more helpful. They were friendly but not overfamiliar and really made us feel welcome. I realise it's their business but you just get the vibe that they do genuinely care about each of their visitors and want you to have a great stay. Some areas of the building need a little updating but this is minor compared with the cleanliness and comfort during our stay. If you want somewhere relatively near to the city, then this is a good start.

Great little place not too far from the city centre about 10/ 15-minute walk. Car park small and will struggle to get your car in and out if it is big. They do rooms with breakfast included or without. Very secure to even get into the hotel.
