Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms with an excellent location. I was very pleasantly surprised, especially for the price. I’ll certainly be returning. I would ordinarily knock a star off for not serving breakfast but there are so many places nearby to eat that this really isn’t an inconvenience at all.

Fantastic location. Fabulous, accommodating and welcoming owners. Went above and beyond. Allowed us to park early on arrival. Messaged to say rooms were ready early if we wanted to check in. Organised to be there the next morning to ensure ease of getting out of the parking facilities as one party member had to leave early. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were clean. Not a bad word to say. Will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you guys xx Untill next time.

Very happy with our stay. Amazing location in central York, minutes away from York Minster. Clean room, plenty of space and comfortable bed. Mark was very helpful and offered good suggestions for where to eat and things to see. Would happily stay here again.
